My maples have been shut down since Saturday morning. Hoping with the cold weather tonight they’ll turn back on. Good news is with my little operation I was able to get all the sap boiled down. 120 gallons sap got me a little over 3 gallons syrup. Im thinking about 5 gallons before I pack it for the season.
You Chaska neighbors are welcome to stop over and visit when we are boiling sometime.
