I'm going to get the sugar house setup and go next week..looks like it's getting warm this week.
I’ll definitely tap this weekend. Would have liked to tap this week but out of town for work.
All tapped and ready to go here.
Finished up today in the 10 degree weather with 30mph winds. If the forecast holds true we will be ripping through sap by monday. Have 5000 this year up from 1250 last year, should be exciting.
