That will be fine, its still better than me cutting 20 cords of wood a year. Whats the output of that thing if you say ran 16% into it right from the head tank and using the piggy back and everything? Be like a 100 gallons per hour?
Thats about right and it will be pure Pennsylvannia fancy.
You know all these rules your talking about. I think the mold and stuff is more sanitary than my finished product on that Pa fancy. Think they ban the mersh? Im a large producer of that stuff, its basically my specialty. This is not looking good at all.
First of all nothing like mold could grow on PA fancy, hell that stuff glows in the dark. And these are basically Vermont rules, you know so that we can still make better syrup
Well I got board tonight here at school so I decided to make up an excel spreadsheet that will calculate my syrup sales and all that jazz for me. That only took an hours so I decided to make another that calculates: Total Monthly sap collected, Average monthly Brixs, Estimated monthly syrup using the rule of 86, Yearly sap collected, Average yearly brixs, and Estimated yearly syrup using the rule of 86. All I have to do is put in the gallons I collected and what it tested at for that day and It calculates all that. Works pretty good. I put in some fake numbers just to check for errors, none so far.
Can't wait to get into the woods tomorrow.
