we have a coolbot. works great, have had it down to 34 degrees. basically it lies to the a/c sensor and keeps running. we store syrup in tanks at 40
Fred, What size is your air conditioner and room you are cooling? I have an 8x10 room we have started insulating for a walk in cooler and I am planning on using a coolbot.Quote:

I have stored my syrup in a room lined with 4” of polystyrene for about 10 years, cooled to 45 degrees using an a/c and coolbot. Have not had any problems even with opened bulk containers.
