Big Mike, what size evaporator do you have?, As an evaporator gets bigger the blower does too.
Have you thought of putting a gas motor on a blower? A 12V won't run long hrs.
I have a 3x5 hobby evaporator. Thought about a gas generator but didn't want the constant noise.

Get a inverter generator, preferably a honda EU 1000, or even a Honda EU 2200 companion, get a 100 ft cord and put the generator behind something. You won't even hear it , and they run 10 hrs on a gallon of gas.
I ran generators for 8 years, but never an inverter generator, 4 years on a 5500 watt gas and then 4 years on a 6000 watt diesel. I had mine 75' away and had a 4x8 plywood wall to minimize the noise. It helped a lot, but then I got grid power and that was a big plus.
