Tapping in Delaware County

Anybody tapping this weekend it looks like there will be a little warming in the temps but then a freeze again just wondering what your thoughts are and will the trees still be in a deep freeze

Deep freeze with all the cold temps we had last couple weeks,i would wait

Real tempting , but going to hold off till around the 14th , here in Broome County .

I put in 75 Taps today couldn't wait any longer hopefully we will get good weather for them to start flowing mean while ill look for more wooden pallets

Hung 30 buckets last night in Delaware County. They were all dripping pretty good.

Got 45 more buckets to hang in Broome County tonight after work.

Its been very slow not collecting much at all hopefully they will start dripping this weekend

Collected 90 gallons of sap today after work what a difference from Sunday till now and they were still flowing till dusk
