What is everyone thinking for a start date

Attachment 19266Attachment 19265This is my second year tapping and I’m starting to get really excited! I upgraded to. 2x4 pan and built a new outdoor fireplace to hold it. I also have reconstructed an old wood stove where the pan sits on inside the top. I had about 19 taps last year and hoping for about 50 this year. I’m pretty much obsessed about anything maple and am itching to get out there. Also any input on my set up would be greatly appreciated
