Maple Benchmark

University of Vermont Extension has published the new 2015 Maple Benchmark Report.

Watch for new resources and the 2016 Benchmark results this winter.
The project is currently seeking more Vermont producers with over 15,000 taps that would like to participate in the cost analysis study.
