tapped test tree weekend after Christmas, ran the week after althouhg not sure when gallon jug ran over, was 2.1 %. ran great this last weekend got over 2 gals in 2 and half days. went form 2.1, to 1.6, back to 2.2 after last freeze thaw cycle. froze up good now, winter made it, no early tapping here yet! interesting conducting own informational studies
