Put out 35 taps on Sunday. Not much Sunday or Monday. Picked up Tuesday and great yesterday. 40 gallons of sap so far and started boiling last night. Looks like the extended forecast will be in our favor. Remembered that all the prep was well worth it! Nothing like enjoying the sugar house during boiling! I hope everyone has a great season!
