Beginners Class 8:30 a.m.-11:30 a.m. Instructor: Kevin Bacon-Bacon Farm Maple Products, Great for those just starting out, for those that need a refresher and for those that want to hang out with fellow sugarmakers and see what is new to the industry.

Reverse Osmosis & Vacuum 12:30 p.m. - 3:30 p.m. Instructors: Kevin Bacon-Bacon Farm Maple Products & Kyle Lothian-H2O Innovation, Learn the basics on how R/O's work and answer any questions you have about reverse osmosis. Vacuum how it works and the applications, also answer your questions about vacuum.

Fee: $10.00 per person per session
Snacks and refreshments provided
Lunch provided for those staying all day.
