Maple Syrup Season in NH, 2013
The survey provided in the link below is being used to collect data on the 2013 maple season for a research project being run for the Science of Maple Sugaring class at Colby-Sawyer College in New London, NH. Through this project and collecting data from previous years as well as years to come we hope to add to our understanding of maple syrup production in New Hampshire.
We are looking to gather data on the amount of sap collected, and syrup produced, during the 2013 season. We are also looking for historical data on syrup production, if it is available.
We will make our results available to the MapleTrader community.
