Tons of information on here for barrel arch builds. Use the search function in the tool bar and use "barrel arch" as the key words. You should get dozens of threads.

If you are going to be welding at all, I suggest you consider an angle steel construction rather than a barrel. Easier to build and probably better performing. I built one and love it. Search on here for the plans drawn up by member Davy Jones
