Where to sell bulk syrup!!!!!!!!!

Dont know where to post this but, does any one out there know where you can sell bulk syrup to in ny? I'm looking to up my production and hoping to get rid of some of it. I can sell some locally to friends and a few others and i also give some away to elders who cant do it. Please get back to me thanks cpmaple

If you only have 350 taps you should have around 75 gallons of syrup. I dont know what part of NY you are in but you should be able to sell that much retail. Try to sell syrup at a local tourist trap or health food store. If you sell it to another store you will make more than selling it bulk.

Might get on the list for the NY open houses and sell quite a bit them and get your name out there. Can't remember if they have 1 or 2 open house weekends but I agree with Farmboy that with the amount of syrup you make, you could probably retail all off it if you wanted too.

I will look at just doing that for a couple of years then go from there. There is a local orchard i will go talk to and i'm located in upstate ny crown point where the old lake champlain bridge was now being replaced. also that would be 60 miles south of plattsburg. thanks for the input cpmaple
