i had mine made thru the local guy i buy supplies from, he sends them out somewheres, not sure where but they were about 180 bucks for 500 labels if i remember correctly. i found a size of oval sticker that worked on the quarts, pints, and even the glass 8 and 12 oz bottles it fits well on so that saves on needing a bunch of different labels. also the nice thing about an oval shape is that if you stick it on slightly crooked it doesnt notice as much as a rectangular sticker does

I get my labels from Creative Labels of Vermont. Their service is great and you can't beat the quality.

I found a great online label maker that allows you to insert your own text on hundreds of different labels and see the results right away. I bought nice labels for 85 cents each, three color labels! I may need to get some more just in case this first year is a good one. Always good to be prepared! I have tried to upload a photo of my label no luck, it's too big:(

The prices at syruplabels.com are much cheaper than that and they'll do the setup for a nominal fee.

First time orders are always more money. There are graphic charges, sometimes negatives and plate charges. The reorders should be cheaper. Also most printshops give better pricing on higher quanities because there are press setup charges as well and once the press is running at 5000 to 10000 an hour it takes very little time to run a few hundred more but alot more time to put it back on press and do it again. So just remember the more you buy at once the better pricing should be. Also make sure you tell them to save or return the artwork negs. etc for reorders.
