Hey, Just wanted to say hello. My first year was 2010 and I made just under 2 gallons on a block arch with buffet pans. Had a great time and learned a tremendous amount from this site. Thanks for all the advise and I now have caught the fever. Kevin

Welcome and have fun making syrup. I started similar to you making 4 gallons on top of a stove in the garage in 2009. But if I had started last year it might have only been 2 gallons with the slow year.
