I am looking for a smaller producer with enough syrup to supply a small crepe restaurant in Sparta NJ. This is a friend of mine. They are looking for local small business/ farm operations to get the majority of there products from. If anyone is interested please PM me and I will get that info to my friend.
I would supply them myself, he gave me first option but I only have 300 taps and with the bad year season I just don't have enough.
Again this would be for a smaller producer, local to or as close to sussex county NJ as possible. Please Make sure you have enough insurance!!!!
