I like how the description says the "8 pots definately shortens the boiling process". Nothing wrong with making your own and having fun with it. That is where it starts for most of us

I like it as long as the pots fit fairly snug in the cut outs. Set in like that allows one to keep the sap line above the flames to minimize the chance of scorching the sap line. Looks like a goodidea and a decent price for a backyarder, hobbiest.
