Bobcat questions

Looking at Bobcat 642 just had $ 2000 in motor (ford gas)work done,pistons,bored,bearings ,ground crank oil pump seems to run real good. Needs tires their at 10-15% bucket mount is sloopy no safety features.Their asking $4000 is this a fair price? It is definatly in used condition but not bad for being used on farm. Only major concern is it wants to creep forword when standing idel, does it need some sort of adjustment or a major fix?

i bought a case same size same problems in my opinion i would offer 2500 or 3000 cash.the price really is 2000 what is in the motor
