I know of a church camp and conference center in Geneva Ohio. That is looking for someone to show how maple syrup is made for the kids that come to the center. They are non profit organization. They do have a lot of maple trees, but no knowledge or equipment. If anyone could help with equipment or time it would be appreciated. Thanks
