Wood Pellet Evaporator?

Does anyone know if someone produces a wood pellet fired evaporator? We are starting a birch syrup business in BC and pellets are used extensively here. It would be simpler (and fairly cheap) for us to purchase pellets.

Dave, I've read your posts on adding air over. I'm considering the same on my 2.50 by ten. I'm getting ready to rebrick. Maybe this is a good time for it. I've got lots of questions, can you help me out? Thanks Howard
