Finally ordered new pans for the 3' x 10'. 3' x 6' drop flue pan, & 3' x 4' syrup pan. I am going with Phaneuf from Quebec, & have a delivery date end of August, we shall see. At 5k :o , should be in good shape for 2011. My old english tin pans, made originally by leader, were not repairable. Syrup pan was okay, but flue pan had pinholes, plus the flues had some leaks. Sugarhouse foundation will be poured this month, forms are all setup, 12' x 26'.
