What was the going rate this year for 2% sap you guys? Theron

Theron, I paid .30 for 2% this year. The average for what I was paid for my syrup this year was $2.45 lb, and I based my sap price on that.

I got rid of a lot of the calculations and paid 1/2 of the yield of syrup. Seems to work...

I paid 32.5 cents per gallon for delivered sap. I held the pay until I got my bulk sap sold. Those wanting pay at time of delivery got 2 cents less per gallon. I also reserve the right to deduct 5 cents per gallon for poor quality sap (cloudy or off color).
