I would try the Hanover, NH green, seems like the perfect place with Dartmouth College, and Hospital! I will bring the cooler and ice!

I think it should be a national holiday!!!! the houses on my road are pretty spread out and a 55+ community about 2-3 miles down the road no offense but not my cup of tea!!!!:lol: I think I would want to be near a college as well. like that idea maplemaker.
