does anyone have any close up pics of a steam-a-way,thinking of trying to build one for next year.Any pics or measurments would be great.

Have you looked at the picture in the Leader catalog? Other manufatuers sell them with different names like CDL calls theirs a steam pan.
Anyways there is alot to them so if you plan on making one I hope you have the time and experience.

Sap runner,
About 80% into one now for our 3 x 5 rear pan. Just starting to fit the outside skins. Some posts titled WRU on the trader. Agreed this is a big project! But if you have some tools and skills and time I would say go for it. I am sure you will learn some things. I have!
