130 tubing, 70 buckets and no runs over a gallon per day per tap
boiled around 4 weeks
around 1000 gallon sap
18 gallons syrup 14 med, 2 dark, 2B quit when all still good taste
around 20 g/p/h after start up
last year 92 gallons sap from 8 taps
wish list bigger and better evaporator and vacuum
Plan to continual thinning the sugar bush and upping future tap count
