double releaser dump timing difference

My bernard double releaser dumps the canisters at different rates. One canister fills and dumps at least 3 times faster than the other. There appears to be no difference on the vacuum gauge. My season just finished today so I haven't looked too close yet. What may be causing this?

Does the releaser sit level?
If it were shifted towards one side or the other then that may explain your problem

Could you have a leak in the float ball? I would unscrew it and shake it.

Not those two things. I can't find any leaks. One of the flappers might be the problem since it was loose on one top connection but I'm not sure.
