I'm looking to either rent or do a work exchange for the use of a tubing washer for about 350 taps on tubing. Is there anyone out there who can help me out?
Thanks!

If you have a small 6cfm-ish compressor, water supply (sap transfer pump or house hose outlet), 2 check valves and some air hose / barb fittings (all at home depot) you can make your own, it'll work great. You don't need lots of pressure or flow for 350 taps. Check valves protect air pump and water pump so if pressure rises and one looses the other wont get damaged. I pump 250 vertical feet on mine at 60psi. Use mostly air and 1 gpm or so water so the pressure stays low. Clamp the fittings on your mainline or they may blow off. Too much water and it'll dead head the pump if you have much rise.
