Any ideas for a 8" x 40" membrane storage vessel??

Piece of PVC pipe with cap on one end and collar and threaded cap on the other end. Thats all mine is and it came from Lapierre that way.Wash and rinse membrane per your instructions and slide into container. fill with filtrate water let set over night so air bubbles are out-refill with filtrate and screw lid on and place in a warm dry place until next season.

ya i tied my old one in a 8" pvc sdr35 and it was pretty tight. I was thinking of using a piece of 10" but it seemed kind of excessive!
