Brunt Syrup in canner

Can anyone recomend a method for removing burn syrup in our new SS Leader 12x20" canner? It did not scortch the SS, the syrup is jsut burnt!:cry:

Was in burnt before it went into the bottler? Drain and get some Vinegar from the store and pour it in and warm it up. Its already diluted so full strength wont hurt it. Try and not scrub it with anything but soft plastic pads or brush. Once you live buy a course scrub pad you will die using a course scrub pad so try and keep the shine on the metal.
