Too retap or not

tapped 600 or so on march 7th,collected one time 120 gallons,some buckets have had zero.going to collect tonight and may redrill in new trees before this cold weather hits,question-redrill or wait?

I waited and a lot of trees that hadn't been running are finally getting some sap out. They were actually dripping real good today after just a little frost last night. I had half as much today (30 gallons) as I had altogether in the last 3 days (60 gallons).
