Renting tree's

I will be renting tree's off of two neibor's next year. I will be instaling and buy the tubing and hauling the water. How much should I pay per tap? And should the price be different for vacum taps and gravity taps.

I think the going rate is around $0.45 per taphole, but I usually give a gallon of syrup per 60 to 80 taps.

I'm paying .50 or giving the equivilent in syrup. Do a search on the site this topic has been discussed. But it all comes down to what it is worth to you. It is alot easier when the taps are all on one land owner but if you go over multiple owners and the first one wants more money the ones up hill don't do you any good unless the first one is happy.
Also it varies some based on your area and if there is anyone else in the eara that boils

All my trees are on other peoples ground and I have them on vacuum. I pay 50 cents per tap per year.
