Cream Machine

I am building a cream machine(Grimm style) as I have most of the stuff I need including motor. I know how they work but have never seen one up close. I was hoping someone on here could post a picture of the turntable that the pan rotates on so I could get an idea how to fabricate and how pan attaches. Also if someone could let me know the size of the paddels. Any help would be really appreciated. Thanks guys.
