I am looking at a Hero to get me through the season. The 250 GPH that broke is being returned for refund. Still leaves me stuck... So I found a used Hero. It has one season on it a few years ago. Supposedly, it has been stored indoors and the membrane in metabisulfite. Couple questions: how much is it worth? Does it help to plumb a feed pump for cleaning? What can I expect performance wise if I recirculate with the pressure valve backed way out?
