The season is over, sorry to see it gone. :cry: I had hoped for a long season like last year. Last week we brought in 70 gallons of sap a day, now 4 gallons.The rivers are roaring and the sap started turning. We will cook off the last bit tonight. That is the problem with this area, too marginal! We start very early because we might end very early.
