What is the going rate for 2%sap per gal. Is there a formula for calculating % to gal. thanks:confused:

There is a chart somewhere on here for sug. sap prices this year. 2% is at
0.325 a gallon.

From Maple Syrup Digerst:

1% $ 0.05
1.5% $ 0.20
2% $ 0.325
2.5% $ 0.45
3% $ 0.575

The way the season is going those prices are very reasonable. I wouldn't sell for those. Sap has become even more valuable because of supply and demand.

Thanks that info is great, :) came across some buckets i have 181 out, little late but better than never all roadside in vt & nh Hope for cold weather & some moisture.
