Not that Im complaining because I have made all light amber except for the first few gallons I screwed up. I actually had someone ask me for medium amber the other day and had to tell them all I had was light amber. I drained the sweet out of my syrup pan and boiled it on my finisher. Got a little over 1.5 gallons
