rebottle?

I did not have all the bottles that i needed last week so i ended up bottling in large jars. Later today i plan on rebottling into my smaller jars that just came in. Is rebottling anydifferent then bottling the first time? Can i mix all my sap together or should i keep each bach sepperat?

Treat it as if you made it last night and it just cooled down. The only reason to keep them seporate is if the color is differant or the taste. You need to reheat to your bottling temp and no higher. NOW look at the bottom of the jars and see if you need to filter once more.
