From what I'm reading I am thinking that CT has seen less production this year than in the past few.In 2008 we had 40 taps and made 7 gallons total. Last year, we only had 21 taps and made 4.5 gallons. This year we had 30 taps and today we bottled the same, 4.5 gallons. That's it, the taps are dry. A few are drizzling so we're leaving them in for our public day Saturday and make-up classes next week. Slow year but teaching is out priority so it's all god.
