What is the cleaning process after boiling? 2x3 flat pan. I plan on boiling every weekend, what should be done?

Since you already would have the pan off and empty, I'd use a scotch brite pad and a hose. I'd get what comes off easy. If your not worried about scratching your stainless, you can use a utility knife blade. I'd save the heavy duty cleaning for the end of the season. Soon after you start boiling a new batch the deposits will be back.
