All "Light" Weekend

First two boils of the year over the weekend and it produced 8.5 gallons of all Light A ("Fancy" for you Vermonters). This is more Light A than I have ever made. The sap ran on Sunday as hard as I have ever seen it.

All my 41 gallons here in Lyman NH is light except the first 5 gallons was medium. We also had a good run sunday, except some of the colder trees are still holding back.
