Another Slow Week Ahead for us?

Looking at this weeks forecast doesn't particularly thrill me. Looks like another warmer than normal week ending in rain.:cry:

I only gathered 9 gallons this morning and even though the sap was less than 12 hours old it wasn't crystal clear.

Sure hope I'm wrong and we all do well this week.

yea it seems like it was this way last year too, spent the whole season hoping a good run was right around the corner, then the buds came out! i think if i didnt have vac i would be in a very poor state again this year, even so off 480 something taps i just made 28 gal total to date for the season tonight

yeah the forcast doesnt look good, im at roughly 22gal with 425, it got down to 27 here last night and there wasnt even enough sap to boil, i think i may redrill one bush that has 180 taps if the weather changes in the near future, the only reason i would redrill that bush is i will lose it some day soon, the land has been subdivided into four lots so when they sell ill have to leave.
