Holy sap

We tapped 1500 Buckets this year and yesterday had over 2100 gallons of sap. We have never in the 8 years of sugaring have we ever had that much sap. We boiled 1300 gallons last night and made 28 gallons of Fancy.tested 2.8 and very clear.Hopefully everyone else is having the same luck this year.

So far in Westford I've had 2200 gallons of sap from 900 taps and made 40 gallons of very light medium, just missed fancy. Sugar content was 1.9 and climbed to 2.0. Looks good for the coming week!

I am just across the border from you guys and I am weeks ahead of last year. I got almost as good a run yesterday as i did on my best days last year. Wondering what the furure will bring.
