I will be tapping today in Preble. We are planning for 110 taps this year. Have you boiled yet this year? Based on the weather I am hoping to get enought to sweeten the pans by tomorrow night. Thanks again for coming by my sugar house last year to offer some advice. This year I hope to find time to stop by your place to learn some tips.
