just wanted to take a minute and introduce myself
we started in 09 with a 18 x 18 pan last year and got the bug.
we know own a 30 x 6.5 evaporator and made our first 4 gallons of syrup last week.I have used the info on this site to answer all of our questions and wanted to say thank you to all.

I agree, that close to a supplier would be like living next door to a Cabelas...dangerous!
