should i tap again?

i tapped my trees back feb 10th or soo. i got a good run for about 3 weeks and now it shut down like everyone else, all my taps are buckets. do you think my taps dried up or the sugar content is way down? my trees are large enough to acomadate 3 buckets but i only put 1 in each. so i plenty of room to move them. will it put too much stress on the trees or cause other problems?

One thing to remember is that it has been too cold for the trees to run the past few days. It has only been 3.5 weeks since you tapped and the trees definitely should not have dried up much at all yet with as cold as it has been. When it warms up, they will probably run like there is no tommorrow! :D
