maple syrup recipes

I still have some extra syrup from last year i wanted to use up before i start making more so, i was wondering if you guys and gals had some good recipes( or website) using syrup in the recipe. thanks

What do you want to make,my wife has three cook books and they have eveything in it.

Fork go to all the state maple producers association websites. It seems they all have alot of recipes posted. I printed out everyone I found a few years ago and came up with atleast a 100 of them. If you cannot find any give me a shout and I will send you of a copy.

Make some maple crumb.

8 oz cream cheese
8 oz cool whip
4 - 6 oz maple crumb

Beat with mixer. Great with sliced fresh pears, apples strawberries, crackers. Freezes well. My Favorite.

I think when refers to maple crumb, he is talking about the larger crumbles that sift out when you make maple sugar---I may be wrong though!!
