tapped in Hardwick today

I got about 100 buckets out today.Another 50 togo.Trees were along a field edge(with good sun)they were poring out.By the time i got my buckets in ,i went back to the first and it was close to half full.I was amased.Didnt test but was very sweet.I will be boiling befor i no it.

All you guys are getting a head start this year... Next year I will have to get my butt in high gear and be ready weeks ahead.... I will be tapping friday looks like..

New pan and all new trees this year Jim(Dallaire 30by 6)welded.I dont have to worry about solder any more,but yeay she will be fragile for a while.
