To doue tap or not?

I tapped the other day and the sap is running at a slow pace, but it is about par for this time of year. I had one tree today that almost filled a bucket while all of the others in the same area only gave me maybe a gallon or so.

My question is since this one tree seems to be a bit of an over achiver shoul I double tap it? It is large enough to tap according to traditional tapping rules.

If it's big enough for two, stab it again.

If it is over 18-20" diameter and healthy, tap again. However if you were on vac you might be better at just 1 tap.
