NBC News Story- Maple related

Did anyone see the NBC Nightly News tonight? There was a story on Olympic snowboard silver medalist Hannah Teeter from Vermont. She and her family make maple syrup. She says that the syrup is her secret to her good perfomances! They also interviewed her family members. Her prize money and syrup sales money is donated to a charity called Hannahs Gold.

It was a great story and it was a pleasant surprise to see sugaring in the middle of it.

The only thing they did'nt cover was wether she was single or not...

Never mind, I found it. I did'nt know a story aired previously about her and the syrup.

Either way, its a great story! I wish the news had more stories like that!

I just learned today that a friend is taking a shot glass of syrup before every basketball game lately. He swears by it, and he does very well! Voted league MVP this season!
